With more than 17 years of experience in the automotive industry, Naomi Turner has built her career on a foundation of dealership operations and leadership within large-scale organizations. As CEO and Founder of Elite Recruiting Services, she has spent the past 3 ½ years leading a company dedicated to helping automotive businesses nationwide grow stronger through the power of the right people.
Naomi’s vision is rooted in her deep passion for the automotive field and her belief that successful teams drive successful companies. Laurel Brooks- Recruiter
Laurel has been with the company for since 2023! Laurel was born and raised in Texas and moved to Arizona in 2015. She has an 8 year old daughter and has been in the automotive industry since 2020. She has well rounded experience and knowledge and a passion for helping people find their forever job!

Kristina Anies- Executive Administrative Assistant
Kristina is a dedicated customer care specialist with experience in the automotive industry. Growing up as a military brat and later marrying into the military, she's lived all over the world, which has given her a unique perspective and a knack for connecting with people. Since 2010, Kristina has worked in customer service, and in 2015, she transitioned into the automotive industry, taking on roles in document processing and inventory control. Now living in Arizona with her husband and two sons, she continues to bring her passion for service and her commitment to excellence to every role she takes on.
Austin Turner- Social Media Admin
I’m a hard-working high school student with a passion for the automotive world. While finishing school, I’m also enrolled in technician training to build the hands-on skills needed for a career in the industry. In addition to my studies, I serve as the Social Media Admin for our company, helping showcase opportunities and connect with the community online. My long-term dream is to open my own performance shop, where I can bring together my love for cars, dedication to the craft, and drive to succeed.
